A Pakistani relief & development organisation for
Twenty-one districts, four provinces, delivered by our own volunteer teams. We began the week the earth shook — friends and family with their own money, a road north and a list of villages.
Every photograph here is from our own field teams — no stock, no reconstruction. Flood rescue in Jalalpur, homes rebuilt by the families who lost them, water into villages the pipeline never reached, and a night medical camp in a district with no clinic.
Each of these is a real district, a real week, and a cost we can put in writing. Use the arrows — or let it run.

Our standing method since 2005Contractors are the fastest way to spend a relief budget and the slowest way to restore a village. We provide the building material and supervise — the labour is the affected residents themselves.

We did not begin as an NGO. We began as people who happened to be in a position to help, and kept going for two decades because the need never stopped.
For most of our history we ran on trust between people who knew each other. That is enough for a relief convoy. It is not enough to accept a company's money — so we completed the paperwork. Tap a certificate to read it in full.
We are not a professional aid bureaucracy. The people who drove north in 2005 still run the organisation — supported by volunteers who take leave from their own jobs to be on site.
Corporate funding attaches to a specific site rather than a general pool — so what you report at year end is a place your company can photograph and visit.
Costs for village rebuilds, clinics and schools are quoted per site after a damage assessment. Ask us for a written scope and we will send it with the due-diligence pack.
